- INGREDIENTS:

- 1/2 Gal. Milk

- 1 Cup Carolina Rice

- 1 Cup Sugar

- 4 Egg's Beaten

- 12oz. Can Carnation Evaporated Milk

- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla

- INSTRUCTIONS: Cook milk, rice and sugar in a large sauce pan for approximately one
- hour and fifteen minutes (rice should be completely cooked). Add evaporated milk, then egg's
- , stirring constantly. Cook another five or six minutes or until you see the pudding thickening
- to your desired substance, add vanilla and refrigerate until completely chilled
- (approximately three hours).
